2021 Year In Review: Quarter 4

The final quarter was dominated by the Partner Meeting and the conclusion of the 2021 OC Olympics.


The final few months of the year could easily be defined by the beginners, the winners, and the grinners.


The Beginners

Guatemala

Part of our growth strategy is to strategically expand the OC brand into key geographic market zones around the world. One of those geographic market zones is “Central America”. Therefore, in November, we were thrilled to announce OC's partnership with Tienda21x21. Tienda21x21 became our exclusive distributor in Guatemala. Tienda’s strategy is focused on Pitts21. All product items related to the Pitts21 system are now available in Guatemala. We have been thrilled to welcome them on board as the newest member of the OC global family.



The Winners

Russia, Algeria, and Turkey

During the 2021 OC Partner Meeting, we announced the first-ever winners of the OC Olympics. The first crowned champion was Ortholight from Russia, who took home the GOLD in a commanding manner. It was however competitive throughout the entire competition, with early leaders Algeria taking home the SILVER, and the incredibly consistent Turkey taking home the BRONZE.


We also announced regional Achievement winners for those distributors that missed out on a medal but displayed the true competitive spirit by producing some incredible results. Those winners were India, Taiwan, and Costa Rica.


The entire event was incredibly successful and globally we increased the number of OC Ambassadors by an astonishing 260%!! We also learned some valuable demographic information about our ambassadors, which we will be able to use to ensure we are focusing our messaging and marketing efforts effectively.

The Grinners

All of you!!

You all have many reasons to be grinners. We certainly can rightfully end the year with satisfied smiles on our faces. In 2020 we defied the odds to see OC grow its global business. In 2021 we absolutely smashed the odds again with almost every market seeing sales increases and market share gains.



As we look toward 2022 we know that it is absolutely vital that we sustain and retain as much of those gains as we can. Cheers everyone!!!
