SALES TIP ONE:

If you have read all my posts here (which I know ALL OF YOU have!), you will already know what my number one sales skills advice is. For those who perhaps missed a few posts, my primary piece of advice is that salespeople should spend less time talking, (they are a chatty bunch) and more time asking questions and actively listening.


Training our sales teams to know the right questions to ask and how to easily pick up on the needs of customers is vital to successfully building long-term relationships.
