We all know that Orthodontics is a very traditional type of industry. Change can be slow and meet a lot of resistance. However COVID has forced our industry to rethink and change how we market and sell product to customers. Much of that change is here to stay.
In 2021 we anticipate that there will continue to be significantly more webinars than there in-person clinics. Trade shows and educational events will continue to be virtual. Customer meetings will take place over Zoom and most recurring touch-points will happen through Instagram and even TikTok.
This presents us all with an opportunity to flex our creativity and develop ideas that meet the new demands change has created. We want to know the ideas you already have created and implemented that will help you meet 2021 realities.
