It could mean a surprise for someone!!

OC recently launched a new program to encourage teamwork and operational excellence; TeamwoRX. When nominated, employees receive a button that marks what that excellence was. Button types include; Problem Solver, Leadership, Integrity, Reliability, Selflessness, Communication, and the often needed, Patience button. It also includes the highly coveted (by me anyway) Forklift Driver button.

Buttons can then turn into surprise prizes and gifts for the employee. So if someone in the International department went above and beyond in terms of operational excellence, then let me.
