Ok, so this story might seem silly, perhaps sad, and definitely odd. But there is a lesson here; Always verify that your customers can legitimately can practice dentistry. Due-diligence is a vitally important part of selling medical devices. While the likelihood of selling to a made-up dental office is small, the consequences of doing so could be severe.
