What is The Lounge?
The Lounge is a platform for open dialogue and discussion, enabling our OC Ambassadors to engage with each other, discuss complex cases, and share tips and tricks. This collaborative approach can lead to innovative solutions and improved patient outcomes.
Additionally, the exchange of diverse perspectives within the community can broaden orthodontists' understanding of various treatment approaches, fostering a more comprehensive and patient-centric approach to orthodontic care.
We hope that this engagement on a shared orthodontic progressive philosophy will also make OC Ambassadors champions of the Pitts product platform and protocols, and in doing so become lifelong brand loyalists.
How Does The Lounge Drive Engagement?
Engagement will initially be driven through a monthly journal. Each month will be emailing and posting a new journal issue, themed around a value or topic of interest to progressive orthodontists. The Ambassadors can engage with any of the journal articles posted. We anticipate there will be three to four articles in each issue.
Later we might consider adding some other engagement tools to the platform. If you have any ideas, we would love to hear them!
When Does It Launch?
We will be launching The Lounge this week by emailing all current OC Ambassadors the premier issue; The Welcome Issue. As the name suggests, this issue welcomes everyone to The Lounge, explains why we have chosen the name, welcomes them to OC's home here in Oregon, and introduces them to our newest Lead Ambassador, Dr. Gunel Mardanova.
It is an introductory issue that we hope is informal but informative to our Ambassadors.
